Most of my grubby clothes are still packed away somewhere, so I have to dress up a bit!</p> <p>Gabrielle, I do not dry clean this shirt. For silks, I wash in a little Eucalan wool wash in a bucket filled with tepid water. Sometimes I soak for a bit, usually not. Then I rinse in a bucket of clean water, roll in a towel to squeeze out excess water, and hang in the shade to dry (usually just in the bathroom). An all-time favorite.</p> <p>White belt: TJMaxx, not sure of brand. I want to replace this with a non-woven white belt in the same width.</p> <p>Jeans: American Eagle</p> <p>Shoes: Gianni Bini silver flats. Worn into the ground and maybe dated - need metallic flats!</p> <p>Some of these pieces are past their prime, but I am still happy with today's look. Pardon the exhausted face and rumpled look - moving into our new place with two small kids underfoot and in arms has been quite the experience! I liked this belt fully tucked, but that was a pain for nursing, so I had a semi-tuck for most of the day.</p> <p>2. Bonus shot of my dear piano being moved into our townhome. Scary but surprisingly problem free! It barely fit - our stairs were too narrow, so I had to take off the balcony railing and a sliding door to squeeze it in.</p> <p>All polite comments and suggestions welcome! I do find summer dressing a challenge, for many of the reasons Angie mentioned in her blog post.</p> <p>Becky </p>
