I got them from 6pm.com at a reduced price. I couldn't find the taupe microfishnets she wore, but I was overpoweringly stunned by how they looked with the taupe boots, so I searched and found these which extend the line of the boots similarly. I think they turn the boots into a nude, which helps so much to lighten a boots-with-dress look (as opposed to dark boots).</p> <p>I will measure the boots--they are 14.5 inches from the top of the heel in back to the top of the boot. They may be too roomy for you. My calves are 15.25 at the widest point, and in a size 9 they are comfy for me (I sized up half a size). The heels are high, but for some reason they don't hurt to wear.
