I thought is was a great idea! </p> <p>I must admit though, I ended up buying 3 cropped jumpers, 2 from Boohoo and one from Ebay. My favourite with the skirt is the one with the wide sleeves. The other one from Boohoo is a better length but isn't doing it for me. The one from Ebay is a little long for the skirt. It's very unusual, light grey, slightly off shoulder, bell sleeves. I'm not sure what to wear it with yet.</p> <p>As much as I like the look of the Metallicus one, I can't do cropped jumper no 4. The cami and the black tights echo each other, and I like the layering.<br />And I wouldn't change the pullover, even if it doesn't quite have the effect you were going for in this outfit. I think it would look great over a longer tunic or blouse. I really kind of love it. I would worry that adding anything to it would lose the shape of the top. The only thing that I can picture would be adding a long strip that wraps all the way around the back and again to the front - sort of like your obi belt - and ties, but all in black so that it becomes an extension of the top. I think it would tie in (pun intended) to the Asian feel of those sleeves. I struggle with a top that goes well, so someone cleverly suggested a cropped jumper.</p> <p>I searched everywhere with no luck and ended up with this one from Boohoo.com. The problem is, it's a tad short. It is very obvious in this pic because of the flash, but not so much IRL as the black cami under fades into the background better. </p> <p>I am wondering whether I should buy a trim and sew it on the bottom....or would it ruin the look? </p>
