I might consider hemming them but then I'm not sure little stuck on how I would wear them. I'd prefer to have my legs covered &amp; I can currently wear normal height socks &amp; booties to achieve that. But if I go shorter, would it be weird to have a little sliver of skin showing between the socks &amp; the hem? What about if I wore them with tights (but not heels). Would that look extra strange? </p> <p>Also, the crêpe-like material is a little weird - I think there's a little bunching going on with the stitching down the sides, so the hem lifts up a little. What causes that? Also there's this silky sort of lining underneath, so I'd need to check if it's worth it to get a lined item brought up. I was originally planning on wearing the necklace with some small gold earrings (to echo the gold in the necklace), but that may have been overkill. Yeah the scarf sort of adds more bulk to the top (which isn't needed with the wide trousers on the bottom half), but unfortunately sacrifices must be made to stop myself from freezing to death, lol. </p> <p>I think I'm still figuring out the hair, but I have a better idea of what I do &amp; don't like. I prefer a messier look that embraces my natural curls &amp; doesn't look too 'proper', if that makes sense. I'm attaching photos to show you what I mean:</p> <p>Photo #1 looks more like a classic bob, with the ends of my hair curling inwards. I'm not sure how to get the ends to sit straighter consistently (like in photos #2 &amp; #3). Do you think I need to ask the hairdresser to cut off a little more so that it stays flat? Photo #3 is nice but I think I prefer the slight asymmetry that tucking my hair behind one ear gives (like in photo #2). The necklace would be lovely with navy blue or grey, but also try it with the unexpected like red ( burgundy to bright tomato) and fuschia or other bright pink. I have this pair, but I'm not sure about the length. They're supposed to be cropped but, since I'm under 5ft4, they show only a tiny sliver of ankle (I'm wearing black ankle booties &amp; black socks here, so it might not be too clear). They're loose enough to not cling to my rear, but I'm not sure how flattering the overall shape is. Thoughts? </p>
