As seems to be the case with my wardrobe, the toppers are really the maximal pieces, while the rest of the ensembles are just basic items.<br /><i><br />Outfit 1:&nbsp;</i>Eggplant velvet blazer, cream silk blouse, black jeans, taupe oxfords, two necklaces and a leopard cuff</p> <p>I'm still not 100% on whether to keep this blazer, which was my mom's. The fit isn't perfectly perfect on me. But it's purple velvet!</p> <p><i>Outfit 2:&nbsp;</i>Fur vest, black linen tee over tank, sequined silk kimono (worn as a scarf), cropped jeans, ballet flats.</p> <p>Probably should have worn booties with this one, but they were the only shoes (besides slippers) that I brought on my trip this past weekend, and I just couldn't bear to put them on my feet again. Ballet flats were an easy on-off option for a day spent mostly at home. Sorry for the terrible photo quality. Light was bad both outside and in this morning. </p>
