I too love the sound of fleece-lined tights! You look very cozy but very stylish and professional too! I know what you mean about unlined skirts--just impossible to manage with tights, static cling, etc. this time of year.

Fleece lined tights?!?! As soon as i'm done typing this I am running over to ebay stat! I usually double up my tights or wear sweater tights but those sound like heaven. My office is always cold too.

Love all your oufits! I LOVE your black and white purse combined with the beautiful color scarf in #3 and I love your shoes in picture #1!

You look fabulous, Rae! I especially love outfit #1. Beautiful skirt!

I don't wear black opaques unless they're hidden under jeans and the fleece lined kind sounds like a KILLER idea. Thanks for the review.

Love #1--fab layering and fun pattern mixing. I like how you chose lighter colored shoes too. Very fun and unexpected. Great week!

#1 looks better to me with the button up tucked in, though I love all the stripes. Love the houndstooth in #2! The red and white in #3 are lovely pops (especially love your purse). Nice winter looks, glad the fleece tights worked ou!

Fleece tights, I'll have to look for those, what a great idea. Lovely outfits here, I especially like the combination of colors in #2. The untucked shirt in #1 doesn't bother me, I think it adds interest to the outfit.

You are so good at putting outfits together!

Yay fleece tights! Wow, $9! Mine were great except that the ankles had bagged out a bit by the end of the day. Since I'm only going to wear them with boots it's not a big deal. They are probably not made for my height. I found them very cozy!

3 - Monday. I had a nice dress picked out for Monday, but the morning was oh. so. cold. I had to put on my leather jacket, and the rest kind of defaulted.

2 - Wednesday. A friend gave me this skirt with matching shoes. I like them but, as you can see, I really should have worn a slip, because the skirt is unlined really wanted to stick to the tights and ride up -- major bummer. I still like the black. white, navy, and green combo, though.

1- Thursday. It's nothing new for me to mix stripes, but I usually tuck my shirts in with everything. For some reason, I felt that this outfit should have an un-tucked shirt. What do you think? Did breaking my own rules pay off?

The fleece-lined tights were EXCELLENT. I usually have to blast a heater under my desk at work, but they were so snuggly and warm that I wore them two days in a row. They look just like opaque tights but felt like sweatpants! They are definitely warmer than the knit sweater tights I used to have and way better quality. At one point, I was afraid I had put a run in them after brushing up against a box, but they escaped unscathed. I bought mine on Ebay for $9 shipped. They took a bit long to get here from Korea, but I did order them at the height of the Christmas shipping season, so I doubt that it is typical.
