Soon after my last iron infusion just as I was feeling better (TMI) I started bleeding clots again- why: no one seems to know. I always tell my patients they want to be the straightforward case not the mystery patient.<br /> As physicians there are so many layers to not wanting to take care of ourselves: expectations of jobs, patients, health care systems.
