The&nbsp;skin showing between end of stockings and dress's hem creates a very sexy, casual, mod look.&nbsp;</p> <p>But I'll be frank: I am not a fan of the tulip style hem, to my eye, it looks dated. But maybe I'll be proved wrong by someone else here? In both inspiration pics, the dress is rectangle in shape. One's fit is maxi, the other is fitted. The maxi one worn by LL is especially cute with the stockings, and worn without any adornment except arm candy: it lets the dress have the centre stage. The second one, despite being fitted, still retains some movement at the hem and neckline.
