The shoes I'm wearing in the photos above are wide enough in the toe box to wear the spacer.  I'm not sure why, but it really relieves the strain. Thanks Transcona and Shevia! I think you're using your accessories brilliantly here.  They add polish to two beautiful, but basic items.  I think wearing flats to a business meeting doesn't have to read "casual."  It could say, "I'm ready to hit the ground running -- let's get this house sold!"   It's even better if the flats in question are modern and elegant, which these definitely are.  You toe knew best!
