It is nice to think that my coat is still going strong. It is very well made, and given I only wear it for about 3 months of the year (and have other coats) - it is still in good condition. The only issue I have with older pieces is knowing whether they need to go because they look dated. I think the classic cut and print on this coat gives it longevity.</p> <p>Anne my local uni is UWA - we are in the gardens by the Agriculture building - did you guess right? My coat was purchased here in WA in Myer in the city store. There was a Covers just near where I worked in Surfers Paradise and I loved their gorgeous clothing. It was mostly too expensive for me at that time but I remember getting the red dress on sale. It was a bit chilly, so I pulled out my old (from about 10 years ago) leopard print coat for the walk. The coat was made by a label called Covers, an Australian fashion house that collapsed in the face of cheaper imports. The coat is a corduroy, so very practical for my MOTG style. Bijou is chasing her tennis ball around the garden.</p>
