I have a necklace that causes similar problems because it catches on things and have sacrificed several tops and scarves to holes/pulls from it over the years. These are both with the thicker ponte kind, which is generally what I wear with tunics (as opposed to under dresses)&nbsp;because I think&nbsp;the bit of extra coverage makes it a little more presentable.</p> <p>#1 was worn on Friday to a thrilling double-doctor-appointment day (eye and dentist). I like how this super-long cardigan works with the leggings. The blue tunic was really cheap on sale at Anthropologie and, sadly, it may not be long for this world since the necklace I was wearing caught on it and made a few tiny holes. I'm also wearing the Sam Edelman booties I was dithering about earlier. Glad I kept them!</p> <p>#2 is out to dinner on Saturday&nbsp;with a new polka-dot sweater from H&amp;M. Since I was downtown for my appointments anyway on Friday, it would've obviously been a <i>complete</i> waste if I didn't take a little advantage of being near the good stores when they weren't crowded, right?&nbsp;</p> <p>Also new this week: my phone. Am enjoying the better, sharper camera! (And the all-around shiny new phone feeling.)</p> <p>All comments and feedback welcome! Including telling me I've got no business whatsoever wearing leggings in public. I know it's probably not the most flattering look ever on me, but it's <i>so</i> comfortable and useful. </p>
