But I figured it is OK as long as other color is eprating them and they do not get directly next to each other.<br />Yes, I am building quite a collection of knit motos after figuring out how well they match my lifestyle and needs. Plus, BR has been making lots of nice ones lately, and I tend to shop a lot there. For me the critical issue was whetehr it has a collar or not, as the collarless versions layer much better over shirts/blouses with traditional collar.&nbsp; The two shown here, black and cream, were bought primarily for that purpose.&nbsp; I have two other ones with a collar to layer over everything else.&nbsp; So you just might need two :)</p> <p>Thank you Angie, that shirt is one of the favorite pieces in my wardrobe.&nbsp; It travelled with me to Milan conference and it is a shirt that makes me feel confident when I am doing something visible/presenting in my work.</p> <p>Frannie, you are very sweet.&nbsp; I also really enjoy the hidden kitties, they were much more subtle than some tops the kitty owners were wearing.</p> <p>Thank you Aida, I really like the double collars - both visually and functionally. Especially the one in #6/7, wowza. You've got an incredible wardrobe, and it's really fun seeing you adding more layering now that the weather has cooled off. How fun to have random hidden kitties in the dress in #11/12! There's wonderful variation here (even with all of the shell-over-shirt outfits), but I have to say that #13/14 is my favorite. Just stunning, and what a cool top! There were a couple of days when I was a bit scarce here. And wow, those outfits are inspirational! I really love the taupe version with the kitty shirt and need to figure out a way to copy this! My taupe leather jacket does not coordinate well with my taupe jeans (wrong tones) so I may have to make an adjustment. The weather was typical early fall over the week, but got super nice and warm over the weekend which allowed for&nbsp; bare legs.&nbsp; There are a lot of double pictures of the same outfit, with and without a topper, so I am curious if this is something I should keep doing or I should pick one only.</p> <p>There are a couple of items here that I really love, which have&nbsp; double collar design and are from last years 10 Crosby Derek Lam collection.&nbsp; When I was having all the neck surgeries last fall/winter, I started looking for tops with interesting high collars to cover my scars.&nbsp; This collection stood out and I relentlessly hunted many of the pieces trying to get a good deal as they were pretty pricey.&nbsp; I ended up with five total, three of which you can see here: the sleeveless shirt form #1/2, the white shirt from #6/7 and the plaid silk shirt dress with tiny cats randomly in the print from #11/12.&nbsp; </p> <p>As always, all the comments and suggestions are welcome!</p> <p>The outfits are :<br />#1/2: Monday work: a rare business casual outfit as I had to give a presentation that day<br />#3: Monday evening with friends, with super bright tartan skinnies<br />#4-#9, already posted, three Tuesday through Thursday work outfits based on <a rel="nofollow">layering shell tops over shirts</a><br />#10, also posted, Friday work based on <a href="http://youlookfab.com/2014/09/26/ensemble-toffee-tomato-white-burgundy/" rel="nofollow">Ensemble: Toffee, Tomato, White &amp; Burgundy </a></p> <p>#11/12 was worn on Saturday day to go see a cat show, I couldn't resist spotting some discreet cats when going to pet real ones.&nbsp; <br />#13/14, Saturday evening salsa dancing<br />#15, running errands on a sunny Sunday afternoon</p>
