The closer fit elongates you and you even stand taller. The EF dress and the striped dress look too big now, as do the boyfriend jeans. I have struggled with this the past year as I've lost weight and kept wearing too big items. I like a crisper feel personally and too big translated into feeling rumpled. I love the green in image 5 and the dress in 7. And the gray shirt works with a lot of items. If you love the EF dress, think about having it altered. It might be an inexpensive way to update it. </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw-june-challenge-week-2#post-1505402 Sat, 13 Jun 2015 02:54:46 +0000 amiable 1505402@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>My June challenge is to photograph and rate every outfit and piece - purge what needs to go, and eventually make capsules of the winners.</p> <p>Here's what I wore this week (including gray, white and animal print today)</p> <p>#1 today - white jeans, gray button down (it really is more gray than blue), and leopard shoes, that make the jeans too short &nbsp;It's a bummer - otherwise, I'd like this outfit pretty well. &nbsp;I do like all the pieces, I think. &nbsp;</p> <p>#2 worn yesterday - same gray button down with floral cropped jeans, gray loafers. &nbsp;I'm not sure these shoes were the best choice, and I'd been looking for ways to wear this top - does it work in these two?</p> <p>#3 Black EF dress - it's a bit big on me now, does it still work like this, or do I need to put it on style exchange?</p> <p>#4 Splotchy railroad stripe top with jean shorts. &nbsp;Nothing special, but I feel comfy in and like this outfit pretty well.</p> <p>#5 citron sweater with navy tank and boyfriend jeans. &nbsp;This is a happy outfit for me.</p> <p>#6 rumpled in my chambray shirt and jean shorts. &nbsp;I like it anyway.</p> <p>#7 another attempt at styling the black moto vest - from Angie's ensemble that inspired me to buy it. &nbsp;Cobalt button down and black jeans. &nbsp;Does it work here? &nbsp;Are the proportions right? &nbsp;I think I liked it.</p> <p>#8 Navy shirt dress - easy and breezy for hot days, and is to become a workhorse in spite of wrinkling way too easily. &nbsp;I wish it was two inches longer, but even so, it's staying.</p> <p>#9 A workhorse from last summer, that feels a bit too big and baggy now, but looks okay in the picture to me. &nbsp;I already demoted it to pajamas, but I suspect it'll get worn some for very warm days anyway. &nbsp;Maybe adding the moto vest would work...</p> <p>Any suggestions for improvement? &nbsp;(besides pressing my shirts, ahem)</p>
