I don't think it would have that hip vibe (well, not sure if hip is the right word, but I can't find a better one right now, it's late lol) if you substituted the bootcuts with skinnies. I really love the jacket with the sweater/dress, and don't see problem with the lengths - as long as you keep it open:)<br /> The only thing I would modify is the t-shirt - maybe try a striped one? Your wider jeans have an Earth Girl vibe, which I really favor over skinnies. Skinny jeans aren't all that comfortable and I'm trying to resist this trend that they're the answer to everything these days. Your jeans look great with the shoes you're wearing, and the long dress with the short leather jacket work nicely together. It's just a different design aesthetic than what's promoted on popular style blogs.
