The pants are a tiny bit slouchy, and a darker top might lengthen my perceived leg line a bit. </p> <p>Caro - I have exactly one pair of shoes high enough for these slacks! It hits my long torso just right, and the color is fab. I picked up these wide legged trousers (Caslon - a Nordstrom house brand) at a consignment store this summer and have been waiting to wear them. They are almost too long but with these heels just achieve PPL. I adore wide legged trousers and was thrilled to find these for $18. They are a very subtle plaid tweed in brown with one faint line of blue-grey. </p> <p>Suggestions for either jacket or coat welcome. And I'm getting my hair cut today - feeling rebellious. Any requests? A blue streak, perhaps? </p>
