I figure if I can get a good night's sleep that is half the battle. But the heat really isn't conducive to getting anything done that is for sure! I simply cannot hike in weather like this, which is annoying since I want to keep up fitness this summer. But Pilates and indoor machines help, and I get in some laps in the pool a few days a week. But that’s hard on my hair, so I don’t swim everyday (I have a cap but find them bothersome). Ah well! Much more concerning are the long term implications of all this heat, so early in the season. I fear we are only in for more. </p> <p>I so enjoy wearing that dress. My dentist complimented it — she always notices things like that and once joked she was going to steal my Bao Bao bag. I may take it with me to France, for my friend’s birthday dinner in Paris.
