However, I so sympathise with the fuss factor. I hate wearing clothing that I have to fuss with and so whilst the faux wrap is flattering, I can see why you reach for other tops. Are you figuring out how to not buy the ones that may get fewer wears? Like when I think about this top, I have realised that though I love houndstooth I don’t like collars and I don’t like fuss. This feels fussy as I have to wear a camisole, the snap is fussy, and the wrap part feels fussy. Something like my new fave long orange print top is just a throw over pants and go. I only bought it in November ( when it was already too hot for it) and have only worn since March, but already 6 wears in under 2 months. So what I need to do is be sterner with myself at the time. Oh look, houndstooth! And then: not THIS houndstooth for you, my girl! Look, it’s too fussy. This is my problem. I am not a fan of shirt collars but am a sucker for houndstooth which is why I bought this one and also why the wears are a bit light. When I put it on I thought hey, this is a wrap shirt! Faux wrap maybe. It has a snap that it came with but still too low for work so gets a cami under the V. 2015 houndstooth shirt 19 wears. 2016 ponte/leather patch pants 41 wears 2013 Steve Madden booties 66 wears 2014 black and white earrings I think maybe I won’t buy any more wrap tops but I like this OK.
