I liked the look, and I liked how my sometime orphaned bag worked with the outfit. </p> <p>I was a little overdressed because the main look at the shindig was dressed up jeans. I thought my pointy pumps were part of the problem, but didn't know what to wear instead. Actually I was surprised how *little* the jacket dressed down the outfit. </p> <p>Any thoughts for how to take this outfit one step down the formality ladder? Aiming for California casual on a Sunday afternoon. </p>
