I pulled them out and wore them Saturday for lounging and grocery shopping. I don’t think I’d wear them with the booties--they skew too casual. I tried the booties with the jeans but the hem was getting caught up on the shaft. I’ll have to try with my cropped flares. I’ll also try with the sloans but I think they might be too fitted at the ankle. Will definitely report back on that and no apologies necessary. I’m inexperienced when it comes to anything outside my casual wheelhouse. ( Added the leggings outfit to give you a visual.)&nbsp;</p> <p>@Karie: I hope my cropped wide legs will work with them. I try not to buy oversized tops--I can definitely wear a medium but I usually stick to small at BR. The small has enough ease that it looks fluid and that’s my preference--my shoulders are the controlling factor though. It’s my version of a McQ—haha. I’m enjoying my chore jackets and Billy’s which are so practical for my office/field days.<br /> Also sharing the brown patent booties that Laura wore so brilliantly. I have not figured out what pants to wear with them but I feel like they work with dresses. The shaft is not super tall or fitted but I *think* they work adding a dressier vibe than my other boots and the rich brown is kind of unexpected.
