I have this same problem with my VC tube skirts and for that reason make them a warm weather item only (when I don't need tights). As it is already a bit daring, it almost looked inappropriate and found myself constantly tugging the front in hopes of lowering the frontal hem. For this reason, I am contemplating donating it.&nbsp;</p> <p>Thanks for looking! </p>
