Most of the time we have a pretty dry heat here as we're up pretty high on a hill. I don't go for super chunky ones that lay too flat on my skin but something light weight with movement seems to work fine.</p> <p>Diana- I would highly recommend trying these linens if you like the slouchy khakis. These are SO much softer and more comfortable (to me at least). These are extremely comfortable and though I haven't really worn them much yet - I think I will like them for our hot climate. I think they are much more comfortable and wearable for me than the olive slouchy ones I got earlier this spring. It is supposed to be 100+ again today.&nbsp;</p> <p>I paired the linen pants with one of two BR tanks that&nbsp;have become real workhorses for me in summer&nbsp;(you can't really see the shadow design of the pattern very well in the photo but there is also a warm gray line&nbsp;outlining all the&nbsp;black lines). I added my white belt which I'm&nbsp;learning to work into my wardrobe finally.&nbsp;The Teva wedge sandals are also extremely comfortable, though&nbsp;maybe not the most stylish- all in all a perfect hot summer outfit for me on a casual work day.</p> <p>Oh, I almost forgot, the necklace is one of my favorites because it reminds me of my late Dad-in-law.
