But I don't mind the look.</p> <p>Angie, yes I think I have low-volume feet. The straps on these toward the back of my feet are a bit loose but they're not adjustable. The ankle part is also a little too big but I don't mind it. ETA: I think the reason I don't mind is&nbsp;because I was after a rougher look. Gladiators can be tough because they have all this strapping that is usually not adjustable and may not follow the shape of one's foot. Turns out I'm pretty picky about them! I've tried on dozens of pairs, and found these on sale at Amazon. When I got them, they were very comfy, but I wasn't sure about the "thick" ankle so I put them back in the box to return. The next day I tried them again and realized that I like the ankle, even if it's stumpifying. I wore them right away and it turns out they really are comfortable for all-day wear, which is saying something coming from me! </p>
