This jacket is new and I love it and highly recommend it! I've been working on a navy/ink blue capsule an have had trouble finding the right tops that didn't have a nautical or preppy look.<br />I found this jacket at Bloomingdale's and it is just what I was looking for, and&nbsp;<u>very</u> reasonable.
