Love the cuff with the top. I would keep a spare top on standby for those kind of physical activities. I keep a couple of lightweight tops at work (even though I am in an office job). We have a bank of north facing Windows and the office is very warm especially in winter when the sun streams in. So when I am wearing a top that is perfectly appropriate for the outdoor weather I can still end up being uncomfortably warm inside. Once I had to go home and change I was so uncomfortable. It worked less well for the part that involved lugging bins and shelving units and tables to pack up my car for tomorrow's event. It seems like I always have some activity of that ilk, occurring in fits and starts over the day. It's not practical to change clothes for those things, so my more delicate and less stretchy items languish in my closet. Lesson learned, I guess. </p>
