From hot and sunny to cold and rainy all in one day--I have been dressing in layers starting with a tank top, then a light top, then a sweater just in case, with some skinny jeans and slip on trainers. Did you Ravel that vest? I've been thinking about knitting a waistcoat and I loooove the one you're wearing! The way you styles it is great too. The blouse in that second outfit is so flattering, I can see why you wear it even though it's poly. I have to admit to being disoriented by the weather! It's suddenly in the mid to high 70s when two weeks ago it was still in the 40s. I think I expected a couple more weeks of 50s and 60s weather before summer hit. The detail of the Allsaints dress is a bit hard to see on my screen, but from what I can see it looks very pretty. </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw-for-wildly-fluctuating-spring-temps#post-1485937 Sun, 03 May 2015 15:39:29 +0000 Diana 1485937@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>Catching up on WIWs from the past week.&nbsp; It's been typical spring weather here, which can range from 40 to 70 and from grey/wet to brilliantly sunny, sometimes all in one day.&nbsp; </p> <p>1-2: worn yesterday (Saturday) for brunch and dinner out, plus shopping and errands in between.&nbsp; It was a beautiful, sunny day.&nbsp; The handknit vest provided just enough warmth that I didn't need a coat.&nbsp; <br />(handknit vest, Vince Camuto blouse, Gibson pants, Fluevog boots, Via Spiga purse)</p> <p>3: worn sometime earlier in the week, on a colder, grey day.&nbsp; Probably a bit dark for spring but sometimes I like to wear all black.&nbsp; <br />(Allsaints dress, KUT jacket, Gap leggings, Sam Edelman boots)</p> <p>4: a blouse and skinnies FFBO.&nbsp; This blouse is poly (which I don't love) and quite old but the fit is SO good on me that I still keep and wear it often.&nbsp; <br />(Tulle blouse, Vince jeans, Born oxfords) </p>
