The high was 74 F (23 C), and that’s just about cool enough that I won’t boil away or melt wearing longer pants and sleeves. Still warm enough for sandals. Or I’m warmer naturally than I used to be. I also have been down to my typical weight this week, about 4 pounds less than what I’ve been since last winter. The summer of working to move my in-laws and get their house ready to sell, including having no time for bigger meals or any snacks, plus my mental survival strategy of not missing any runs, paid off in that way. </p> <p>So to go get my hair cut (this photo is pre-appointment) today I wore some new Democracy stretchy skinny jeans, which had been on hold for awhile (due to being too warm and a little snug), navy tee, lime green cardigan, blue and green Birkenstock’s. The jeans felt comfortable for temperatures and fit. Maybe the weather (and my figure) will stay this way for a few weeks, but probably it will get cold soon. I plan on wearing these often while I can. </p>
