I love cobalt but for me, it <b>IS</b> season specific, or just about.&nbsp;</p> <p>It's a bit too clear and strong for me in winter light, with my winter pale skin. Whereas in summer it is really great on me, at least in this slightly softened version.&nbsp;</p> <p>What I took away from this experiment is that matchy matchy makes me happy! &nbsp;:) I did have a nice time and it was a perfect evening for al fresco dining.
