(It's not actually welted, but is narrower at the bottom so it stays in place if you push it up).&nbsp; I actually like it best without the topper (photo 3) but it's not nearly warm enough for that yet.&nbsp; </p> <p>H&amp;M tee, Vince skinnies, Style&amp;Co drape front cardi, Dolce Vita boots. </p> <p>ETA: to add a pic of my ring which matches!</p>
