I enjoy being back with my patients many of whom waited patiently for me to come back. And every single person commented today on how much weight I had lost! made me feel good and Angie's KILLER just sealed the happiness factor for me. I'm still tired at work and have some dizziness and dry mouth,etc from meds and am working on keeping those 'empty' moments away with mantras, midfulness and meditation. It is interesting how many patients I discussed meditation practices with too today! And YLF&nbsp;gave me&nbsp;my fashion mantra- I look fab- inside and out.
