It looks great on you. I also don't find the neckline low. But it comes down to your comfort level and whether it makes you happy.

I think it looks lovely, and I just adore fit and flare dresses. The neckline looks fine in the picture, but if you don't love it, you won't reach for it. I would pass it on after you find another flippy skirt

It looks great on you from here! But if you are not comfortable then off it goes!

Love the cardi and I prefer it open. Shows the dress a bit more

I like it and I think it looks good on you. I passed on an Old Navy fit & flare dress last summer and I wished I hadn't (it wasn't a fit issue, I was just done with my summer shopping). I'll be going back to get one this season for sure!

I am close to passing on this fit and flare dress from Old Navy, the neckline is a smidge low and I don't love the 3/4 sleeves. On the other hand, I put a flippy skirt on my Spring/Summer 2014 Wishlist and have not been feeling like wearing my pencil skirts lately, so I thought I might give it another go The weather is warming up so I wore it with my Spring/Summer 2013 workhorse printed cardigan and a snake print belt for a little extra interest. I would usually button the cardigan and belt over it, but I'm feeling a little fluffy so I wore it open for a bit of camouflage.
