The shoes work, especially if they are comfortable and the work environment precludes other alternatives. I do find ballet flats in general a bit of a yawn recently, but sometimes there are compelling reasons &nbsp;to keep things less of a statement and more neutral, especially if our feet are happy.</p> <p>Congrats on your first day.
