It's originally from Interweave knits (I have the original magazine) but it looks like you can purchase it as an individual download as well. I mentioned in the blog comments that I love the look of sleeveless or cap sleeve tops in winter ensembles but it's so impractical. FIngerless gloves help a lot with the cold arms thing.
