My hair was a little easier to manage when it was long, because the weight would pull it down (causing less frizz). But I'm still getting used to looking after short curls in humidity. I currently just use a little product each day to hold it in place a bit (I'm trying to go low poo, &amp; therefore avoid harsh ingredients like sulphates &amp; parabéns, so I use some of the eco chic Giovanni products to clarify shampoo my hair once a week, then co-wash my hair &amp; only comb it when it's wet. I have a little Aveda oil that I spritz on in the mornings to keep my bedhead in check, but I'm still figuring it out for now lol - any tips?). </p> <p>@Mainelady Yes, colour makes me happy - glad I could make you happy too! :D</p> <p>@jussie &amp; @torontogirl Thank you - even if I'm not feeling particularly playful, joyful, bold or exuberant in the mornings, dressing in colour can help me fake it till I make it lol! Some of the outfits here look like they have black as a neutral base but actually it's navy blue (my camera just isn't very good with dark colours, lol).
