I would try putting a slim turtleneck under it for winter. It would look AWESOME with a cropped leather jacket. The purple and red work really well together. The rough and tough vest is an unexpected choice. I haven't made up my mind on that one, but you look cute in any case. Outfit 3 is completely up my alley. You look so chic! You could try the black Jacket from 3 over it too. I would try the collar of be dress tucked under the jacket too, not flat. But with the tips of the collar held under the jacket ( sorry not sure if that makes sense). How does this styling work? (ignore the unevenly slouched boots and the appearance that the hem is uneven - I don't think it is IRL) Any other ideas for wearing this dress?
