Among women, nobody goes to the level of flip flops, but some are pretty close. On my floor specifically, the women typically wear jeans, hoodies, and comfortable dress shoes. We get an influx of interns every spring and there is some fun youthful fashion in the halls too. On other floors, some dress to the nines, while others dress in a very trendy way. It's extremely hard to find my bearings. Lately I've been imposing a dressier look on myself-so mostly dress pants or white jeans and a preppy look.
