They are sticky on one side, so you can peel off the paper and stick them on the back side of a shoe tongue. They sell them in various sizes on Amazon. I bought Large because various reviewers said you could cut them down, so I figured too large is better than too small. I probably should have bought Medium since I have had to cut down the three pair I’ve used. I finally figured out that they fit a whole lot better if I wear my super thin mule sock (Finds) and snug up the laces with tongue pads. I also added a half sole PF arch support which raises up my foot so I don’t have ankle rub.</p> <p>I also just added tongue pads (trimmed down) to a pair of clogs that were too loose over the arch so now they fit better so are more comfy. </p>
