Otherwise I need to make sure I shaved my legs. </p> <p>Honestly, the thing that I do struggle with a little on these and other higher-waisted pants is how bulky that extra fabric can feel (and look) around the tummy and waist when seated. With my squat little torso, I feel like it makes me look really thick, which is not SO bad if I’m wearing a jacket, but I feel a little self-conscious when I take the jacket off. Is that weird? I can wear it over tees and thin tops but If I wanted to layer over a sweater I would have probably sized up. I wanted to try them with a graphic tee to play up a more casual style, and was happy to see how well a favorite band’s tee goes with the pants. The hooded blazer is a total workhorse, and I’m also enjoying these Zara booties with crops. I considered a few bags before the McQueen jumped out at me as the perfect choice. My fordite ring also has just the right colors for this! </p> <p>Comments and suggestions welcome as always (and no I didn’t iron the pants, oh well! LOL) </p>
