Love mixing polka dots in the second and the NL LBD is a date night sensation of a dress. </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw-dressing-up-1#post-1919707 Wed, 16 May 2018 02:24:44 +0000 Diana 1919707@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>This past weekend I had a couple of opportunities to dress up a bit for different events. &nbsp;</p> <p>Friday was our 5th anniversary, and we went out for a fancy dinner to celebrate. &nbsp;I wore my Nanette Lepore LBD with dressy black booties and my floral Kate Spade tote (I came from work so had to lug around my laptop as well as a change of clothes, hence the big tote). &nbsp;It's hard to see details in these photos, but the dress has lace insets at the shoulders and waist, and lace godets at the bottom hem. &nbsp;I feel like it's photographing more casual here than it actually is. &nbsp;The ring is actually my "something blue" that I wore at my actual wedding 5 years ago!</p> <p>The other outfit was for Mother's Day brunch (with my MIL). &nbsp;This is a very old Anthro dress, paired with the same booties as the first outfit and turquoise Milly clutch. &nbsp;It was cold so I put on hose for the first time in a while - I'd forgotten how nice these sheer polka dot hose look! &nbsp; </p>
