I feel that some of the renditions represent the old me, the way I've dressed for years, whereas some represent the direction I'm aiming at. The second rendition is quite dressy and thus a bit overdressed for my workplace, but I really like to wear that outfit. I also love the third, but it is a lot more "academichic" which is quite all right too, of course. I decided to make it a bit harder by allowing only one dress for the whole week, to work out how many ways I can wear it within the current weather conditions (snowy, cold), and without buying anything new. I chose my black wrap dress for this, a similar is still available from the BR website. At first I thought it would be difficult to style due to the ties, but it turned out to be quite simple, actually. I have planned more outfits based on the black wrap dress, and my goal is to continue all the way until Sunday. I have to wash and dry the dress overnight, so that might be an obstacle.
