If I buy items at Nordstrom I use their alterations department (&amp; find them very good). I also have another independent tailor who is very good but expensive. I finished three pairs of pants, I've got two pairs of pants and one shirt left and two days remaining in the week. I might not make it, but I finished these pants and wore them yesterday.</p> <p>The bomber in pic #2 was my very first "Angie Recommendation" purchase, somewhere in the neighborhood of 4 years ago, and I love it still. The leopard shoes and pearl necklace are from last year, the top and pants are new. The pants are altered (added 1" to the length). I might do a back seam alteration on these pants, I haven't decided yet.</p> <p>Do you do your own alterations, take your clothes to a tailor, or do you just not buy anything that needs alterations? Or are you like me and say, "I can fix that" and put it in a pile and never get to doing it?</p>
