Our Mags is getting old and has high blood pressure and kidney issues. She is to see a super-vet in Boulder later this week but I doubt much more can be done at her age (15), but I doubt we will get another dog which is sad. Margot my Westie likes to sleep on a pillow behind my head. Margot is a retired breeder, she had about 5 litters before the very responsible breeder let her stop breeding at 6 years old and join our family. You are both very photogenic! I’m glad Oreo found such a great forever home.</p> <p>Ms B is also a rescue. She was on death row at a pound and was rescued by a local rescue organisation. She failed her first trial home but found her forever home with us. We just love her to bits. Our catahoulas were both sort of runt-of-the-litter rejects in Louisiana, and my husband got both of them (at two different times) without my input, justifying them as ranch dogs. We still had our two pugs at the time (and I still miss them so much, and swear we will get another pug someday).
