I seem to be fitting into 29s in a few brands, this one included (Joe's jeans). But, I have another pair of Joe's in a 29 that I can barely button. Paige jeans in 30s are too small. This particular pair felt comfortable when I tried them on in the store, not loose at all, but also not tight. I'd forgotten what it was like to not have thigh-squeezing jeans. Nothing is being squeezed anywhere. I have to pull them up every once in a while, but it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make with these. I wanted a pair of distressed jeans that were not skinnies or ankle length, and I didn't want full rips/holes. That combo is a tall order, apparently! I came across these at TJMaxx, and they're full length rolled. Happy dance!</p> <p>Top: Lands End<br /> Jeans: Joe's Jeans "Beth"<br /> Shoes: can't remember; the logo has an R then a horse then a D. I gave up on these because they were uncomfy with my orthotics (the cutouts scraped the top of my foot), but I no longer need my orthotics, so they get another chance. I like that the cutouts make them look a bit like an animal print. </p>
