This is what I wore to church today. </p> <p>I wanted to do something a little more autumn-y, but the weather was surprisingly warm today (high near 30*C). I'm wearing a peplum top, <a href="http://www.reitmans.com/Petite-Original-Comfort-Dress-Skirt-%238482%3B/731492,default,pd.html?dwvar_731492_color=Black&amp;cgid=Skirts&amp;prefn1=silouhette&amp;prefv1=Petites&amp;subcat=Skirts_Career" rel="nofollow">soft pencil skirt</a> in a bit of a heavier knit, black flats and a denim jacket. Sorry about the poor photo&nbsp; quality - my husband was too busy to whip out the dSLR and take a proper shot, so this was a bit of a self-timer and iPhone number.</p> <p>My own thoughts on the outfit: heels would have been better, but I was carrying my son in his car seat today and just didn't feel up to the task. I love this peplum top, but the waist definition is somewhat obliterated by my denim jacket, which fills a closet hole for me, but I really wish was a little more fitted. I bought it when I was pregnant, hoping it would fit me post. It does, just not in the way that I was hoping. I like the idea of a long pendant here, but I think a bolder one would have worked better - this one is a bit swallowed by the print of my top.</p> <p>It is surprisingly useful to look at a photo of yourself to "see" how you dress! </p> <p>I welcome any thoughts and critique.
