Love the full skirt and retro style of this dress. I popped on a dark brown leather with brass grommet detail belt for waist emphasis and then added my faded cropped denim jacket as protection against the A/C. Footwear are my new Blondo sandals and handbag is my thrifted vintage Italian straw-like bag.</p> <p>I'm not sure this quite pulled together the way I was hoping for but it's too late to change now. What do you think? Does it work?
