The pants are Banana Republic and similar to the find I posted below, though not exact - mine have a daisy print. &nbsp;Sandals are Sam Edelman from Nordstrom Rack (and pretty comfortable so far). &nbsp;</p> <p>I struggle sometimes to create outfits that meet my style goals and suit my work lifestyle: I feel happiest in classic polished looks that are feminine and playful but not fussy, and that are flattering to my apple shape. &nbsp;I'm&nbsp;in a creative environment where I can occasionally go pretty casual (which is a perk for me), but I frequently have lots of events/cocktail receptions/meetings so I NEED that polish. I also regularly give presentations so I sometimes worry that playful pieces read as too "young." &nbsp;I'm happy with this look today, it checks off the right boxes for me! </p>
