What a cute and cozy looking casual outfit. I sadly do not do crafts, but my mom is a knitter and when she was younger we would bond over it - I would design sweaters she would knit for me :p
I think that we will all remind you about the warmer clothes, no worries. I few items are always handy, what if you go for a skiing holiday some day?

I hope you had a successful crafty day. Your merino layers look cosy and comfortable.
I have winter clothes well out of sight for the long hot summer. (I am not a good purger, though)

You bet!
I tend to have TOO many heavy sweaters in that each one can't get enough wears. So layering is s goal.
Lightweight merino is great for me too. It often looks classier than other knits and I can wear it ? 9 months of the year.

Crafting and candymaking is a fabulous way to spend a cold day. You look cute and very comfy -- that is the exact formula I am wearing today for my own home project day... tunic, leggings and boots. Have you tried Space Bags/Vacuum Pack Bags for the out-of-season storage of your winter "puffies and woolies"? They really come in handy for those of us who have limited storage space.

You have my word....I'll remind you! Our weather is much the same. So I make sure ALL warm clothing is out of my closet come summer (or I might purge them all too!!!).

But I guess you have limited space living in a RV? Perhaps time to go find a vintage trunk that can hold your winter clothing and become an extra stool/table during summer!

It's not going to get above freezing at all today, so more layers again today. I have to make Christmas Crack candy, and then crochet those last few gifts that I've been putting off. I have a faux sheepskin lined fleece jacket from Walmart to add once I get ready to sit down and crochet, because I get cold when I'm sitting still.

Tunic: Worth (I think. 100% merino wool find at the thrift store)
Base layer sweater: Brooks Brothers merino cardigan (another thrift store find)
Joggers: some juniors brand, a clearance rack find
Boots: the sak
Unseen: fleece lined leggings and thick wool socks

Final note: y'all have to promise me that you will kick me or throw stuff at me or something this coming spring if you see/hear of me trying to purge these nice warm wool items when I do my seasonal reorganize of my closet. I have a bad habit of looking at warm stuff and thinking "why do I have this wool sweater? This is Texas and I sweat like a buffalo most of the year" and I purge the nice warm stuff and then I find myself in a panic every time our brief cold season rolls around. I need help, I need y'all to be my memory when I willfully forget how stinking cold I get when the temperature drops below 70F LOL
