So I took the opportunity to wear the coral tweed moto jacket I got on sale at Anthro a few weeks back. When I first received the jacket I wasn't sure how I felt about it because it is substantially brighter than the photos on the website made it look. The flecks of coral and pink in it are very bright&nbsp;neon over a pale blush foundation on the body of the jacket. </p> <p>After looking at it for a bit and trying it on with a few different outfit options, though, I decided I like the brightness of it. Coincidentally, it happened to perfectly match a pair of neon coral skinny jeans I have. While colored jeans might not still be all the rage I find I like them still, so I continue to wear mine -trends be damned.&nbsp;</p> <p>While there's lots of brightness in the outfit I kept the respective elements&nbsp;simple. Basically an oversized and flowy white scoop neck tee, skinny jeans and oxfords.&nbsp;</p> <p>The neckline on the tee was perfect for framing a delicate and interesting antique Victorian era&nbsp;gold necklace that depicts a spider web accented by a seed pearl complete with&nbsp;a tiny dangling gold spider whose body is comprised of a seed pearl and persian turquoise. I love how delicate and lightweight this piece is (you can't even really feel when you're wearing it)&nbsp;and the symbology of spiders and webs are fascinating to me (as is the symbolic meaning of most creatures throughout history). They symbolize many things, including:&nbsp;creativity, patience and being the weaver of one's own fate.&nbsp;</p> <p>So, all in all, the outfit was the perfect counter to my hormonal, puffy, gross-feeling self.
