I can do #1! I absolutely loved that top /outfit of Mary's, but those colours aren't "mine", so I always have a sad drool when she'd post it. But your top is absolutely something I could wear, so I love that outfit. Now, can you share how you copied Mary's pic for inspiration? The first one is has extra fab detail in the black trim on the shoes echoing the trim on the top. The second one is my favourite by a a margin. Your top has a lot stronger graphic vibe than Mary's, which suits you better than something softer, and it also matches the clutch perfectly. (And, go Team Turquoise Toes - great bookending of the top, you can't see it but I did similar thing <a rel="nofollow" href="http://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/happy-to-report-i-am-eating-my-own-words">here</a>! ) Neel on "WIW: Copycat x 2!" https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw-copycat-x-2#post-1358044 Thu, 18 Sep 2014 07:55:21 +0000 Neel 1358044@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ Ok let me feel better by saying I was inspired by these outfits   The first one is a copy of one of Angie's recent pins (1).  I love the cool crisp vibe of the whites with the deep red accents.  So I tried the same with my white slouchy linen pants (F&F) and animal print embossed white cotton shell top with black leather like trims (F&F).  For red accents, I went with the Zara pointy toe flats and my age old mini cross body bag (Atienne Aigner).  I wore this for the morning school run today.  I wonder if the shoes are overly dressy for the linen pants? Then the top just got too crumply after school and errands, so I have switched to this colorful top similar to MsMary's recent outfit <a rel="nofollow" href="http://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw-914-and-915-trying-to-stay-cool">here</a> (4).  I loved how the colors of the top played with the white of the linen pants and had marked it for copying  So here's my version.  White linen pants (F&F), top (Worthington/old), age old white sandals (from India) and the no name striped clutch.   Off to school again now in this to pick up both DSs. So what do you think of both the outfits?  I have been super comfy in them and I love my white linen pants!  So anything with it sky rockets my happiness factor  The best summer purchase ever!
