That seems like a common issue judging from some recent posts--how to find a loose-fitting dress for the very hot weather that does not look too loungewear-y. Such a challenge! Plus length is a huge issue for so many--"summer dress" usually means too short&nbsp;for lots of us ladies, and the retailers are not listening.</p> <p>&nbsp;I've not been successful with really good casual dresses. Skirts may have more potential, as I'm not averse to a waistband, and run cold-natured, though I know that avoiding a waistband is key for lots of folks in the hottest weather.
