In fact, the rare times I do wear these pants outside the house, I add a belt because they are pretty low waist and scandalously prone to slipping too far down on my flat bum! But at home, I don't like to wear belts. They feel restrictive somehow. However, this is my real life, and instead of waiting for 'occasions' to dress well and look presentable, I am going to dress comfortable but presentable at home too. </p> <p>Today is a super busy day at work. I have quite a few deadlines to meet, so I needed to be dressed in 5 minutes or less. </p> <p>I chose these cotton cropped pants in blue because they have a very comfortable fit and the waistband does not cut into my skin as I sit for hours at my desk. I paired them with a striped tee and T-strap flats that are both very comfortable to wear at home. I chose to not wear any jewelry and simply added kohl and mascara to my eyes. </p> <p>My special treat to self - I sprayed on my favourite Marc Jacob Daisy Eau So Fresh so I smell great and feel happier. My favourite scents do that for me </p> <p>I'm comfortable and casually dressed and wouldn't mind popping out later today for grocery shopping in this outfit. </p> <p>I am adding a few photos, with a close up of the outfit (without my face :P) What do you guys think? </p>
